this may be a mistake but I've been trying to find a way to say that i've been thinking about you. it's very difficult, honestly, because I don't even know what the words look like that would express such a sentiment. it isn't like i've spent effort on it, as though i was forcing myself to remember you like an old friend, or a long-lost rose garden instead, you're subtle; a flash, like a subliminal message in a film, running through my head while i'm thinking normal things like what i want to read, or where i'd like to eat it's like you're a unique extra in a crowd scene, not intended to be the focus, but no one can't notice you walking

I finally did it.

After two decades of threatening to, I've finally published a book. Stray Dog: A Quest for Scraps is a book of poetry, collected in a themed work to express the cycle of my relationships. It's currently available on my website and on Amazon, and is coming soon to Nook, Goodreads, and Smashwords. Also, I saw The Muppets. And it was rad. Miss you guys, love you lots, and I'll check back in after some of the holiday crazy dies down a bit!

The three of you that remember this page exists will notice that my gallery is a lot leaner than it's been in a long time.
